Use Prometheus and Grafana to monitor Proxmox resources. Use the following as a guide.

Created a Grafana role and playbook. See
Inventory - inventory/grafana/inventory.ini
Playbook - playbooks/grafana/deploy_grafana.yml
Role - roles/grafana_setup/tasks/main.yml
Will need to setup a Postgresql database.
Used a manual install in order to have control over all configs.
